Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes, as long as June 6, 2026 is not a blackout date for your pass, you may use it. Please let us know so that we can adjust your cost. You will also have to go online and make your own park reservation - we will be starting in Disneyland.
No. We have a very thorough check in process which includes a bag check and a drug dog on site.
Yes. And we always come prepared with hand sanitizing wipes, lysol spray for the bathroom (odor control), vomit bags, trash bags, and various other travel necessities. This isn't our first rodeo and almost all of us are parents or teachers, so we get it!
Additionally, we take 2 rental cars with drivers, should there be any emergency that requires additional help or a ride.
You are allowed to bring a pillow, a blanket, and a small bag (bags will be searched).
No outside food or beverages are allowed; however, if you have a dietary concern please contact your grad night coordinator for your school or email us at washoecountysafensober@gmail.com. You will receive light snacks and water on the bus, a breakfast upon arrival at the event and a $50 Dining Card to be used at any food vendor in the park.
Yes, as long as it is disposed of responsibly.
We understand that a long bus ride may make a few graduates a bit motion sick. Please note these needs on your registration form and bring any necessary medications to the event check-in. Chaperones will be responsible for maintaining medications/over the counter drugs. Please email washoecountysafensober@gmail.com if you have any questions and we can address them on a case-by-case basis.
We can always use extra hands and more promoters.
Due to this year's extremely desirable location, we are maximizing the seats for graduates. The bus company we are using only has enough buses for 490 graduations and 10 chaperones. Once we have a concrete number of attendees we will know how many chaperones we need/can take. If you are interested in promoting the trip at your school, helping volunteer the day of departure with check-in, driving a support vehicle, or being a chaperone please reach out to washoecountysafensober@gmail.com.
A deposit of $110 is due by December 18, 2025. And we can guarantee tickets until April 3, 2026. After that we will accept registration based on availability of tickets from Disney.
Due to the nature of the trip, vendor deposit requirements and reserved ticket requirements at Disney, we have the following refund policy for the 2026 Grad Trip:
If you cancel before December 18, 2025 you are able to get a full refund. If you cancel between December 18, 2025 and April 3, 2026 we can give you a full refund, minus the deposit of $110. If you cancel after April 3, 2026 we will be unable to offer any refund unless another person signs up and pays to fill that spot. All refund requests must be made in writing to washoecountysafensober@gmail.com.
