Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes, as long as June 5, 2027 is not a blackout date for your pass, you may use it. Please let us know so that we can adjust your cost. You will also have to go online and make your own park reservation - we will be starting in Disneyland.
No. We have a very thorough check in process which includes a bag check and a drug dog on site.
Yes. And we always come prepared with hand sanitizing wipes, lysol spray for the bathroom (odor control), vomit bags, trash bags, and various other travel necessities. This isn't our first rodeo and almost all of us are parents or teachers, so we get it!
You are allowed to bring a pillow, a blanket, and a small bag (bags will be searched).
No outside food or beverages are allowed; however, if you have a dietary concern please contact your grad night coordinator for your school or email us at washoecountysafensober@gmail.com. You will receive light snacks and water on the bus and a $50 Dining Card to be used at any food vendor in the park.
Yes, as long as it is disposed of responsibly.
We understand that a long bus ride may make a few graduates a bit motion sick. Please note these needs on your registration form and bring any necessary medications to the event check-in. Chaperones will be responsible for maintaining medications/over the counter drugs. Please email washoecountysafensober@gmail.com if you have any questions and we can address them on a case-by-case basis.
We can always use extra hands and more promoters.
That being said, priority will be given to school staff and WCSNSF officers. If you are interested in promoting the trip at your school, helping volunteer the day of departure with check-in, or being a chaperone please reach out to washoecountysafensober@gmail.com.
All parent chaperones will be required to pay $225 towards transportation costs, but will receive free park hopper passes worth $313.
No chaperones will be given a dining pass.
A deposit of $135 is due by December 17, 2026. And we can guarantee tickets until March 19, 2027. After that we will accept registration based on availability of tickets from Disney.
Due to the nature of the trip, vendor deposit requirements and reserved ticket requirements at Disney, we have the following refund policy for the 2026 Grad Trip:
If you cancel before December 17, 2025 you are able to get a full refund. If you cancel between December 17, 2026 and March 19, 2027 we can give you a full refund, minus the deposit of $135. If you cancel after March 19, 2026 we will be unable to offer any refund unless another person signs up and pays to fill that spot. All refund requests must be made in writing to washoecountysafensober@gmail.com.
